The Leadership Center
The Leadership Center is a premier conference and retreat center located in Aurora, Nebraska where we create moments that matter.
We are a unique nonprofit that has been serving youth since 1968 when 3 agriculture educators purchased an old roller-skating rink to host youth leadership camps for FFA officers. Since then, we have expanded our offerings but have never wavered from our original mission of supporting youth, but now we serve their families, community, and beyond with guests across the country.
"TLC" sits on 43.5 acres with over 13,000 square feet of meeting space, 60 hotel-style lodge rooms, 3 dorm style cabins, a full-service kitchen and numerous recreational opportunities.
